There is plenty of parking available in the car park opposite the lake
It is then a very short walk up the wooden walkway to the houses themselves

With all the rabbits, squirrels and deer around, we worry that some dogs would end up going off hunting down there, and we’re also keen to keep the houses as crisp and clean as possible, so have decided to keep them pet free.
We regret that, other than babes in arms, we cannot accommodate children
If bringing a baby, we always like to make guests aware that we have a lake nearby, wood fired hot tubs, sauna, bbqs etc, and slightly raised decking around the cabins so you’re obviouslybringing any him/her at your own risk. We are not responsible for them as we’re neither set up for nor marketing it for children.
Regarding third guests, our houses are set up for two people with just one king sized bed per cabin
Please contact us if you are looking to bring an additional guest
They are wood fired eco tubs. We provide all the logs, firelighters, matches, etc and we will in most cases light the fire for you before you arrive. You will then need to check the water temperature by hand and add logs if and as required whenever you get here to make sure it gets fully hot
Once the water is the right temperature for you, don’t keep adding logs or it will end up getting too hot to get into
There are detailed instructions on the table in your room so do have a read of these when you arrive
This is wood fired and we provide all the logs, firelighters and matches
We will have laid the fire for you and you just need to light it before you want to use the sauna, allowing approximately an hour or so for it to fully warm up
There are detailed instructions on the table in your room so do have a read of these when you arrive
We have a two night minimum in place at weekends (Friday – Sunday as we generally don’t offer Saturday as a check in day)
Sunday nights through to and including Thursdays can be booked as single night stays
The second night of week night bookings is offered at a 20% discount. This also applies to the third night of weekend stays (and any nights thereafter)
